Affecting System - External - CloudFlare
CloudFlare will be performing scheduled maintenance in LHR (London) datacenter on 2023-03-06 between 09:00 and 17:00 UTC. Traffic might be re-routed from this location, hence there is a possibility of a slight increase in latency during this maintenance window for end-users in the affected region.
Affecting Other - Software/Services
LycanHost will be retiring and removing the Weebly Product Family from our servers on Saturday 4th February 2023 as we will be releasing our replacement offering of "EZ Site Builder".
We have enjoyed our time supporting the Weebly Product Family. However we are working to provide new services and offerings in the near future, as such, we are evolving our services to meet these new demands.
Customers who currently have Weebly Products will see them migrated to the new platform where we have identified the Product is in use, if the contract has lapsed or the product is otherwise inactive. We will remove the product and issue a promotional code to your registered email address.
We envisage no downtime to any customer at this time while the work is going on.
Affecting Other - Software: Server Packages
LycanHost is rolling out updates across its network to upgrade PHP installations from versions reaching end of life to PHP 8.1.
We will be testing updates before rolling out the updates to our client sites, while we do not anticipate any downtime, we expect some performance loss during these updates.
Affecting Other - External ISP Access

We have identified the source of network interruptions and have resolve the issue.
Users and visitors should no longer see any issues relating to "Site cannot be reached" when accessing our network.

We have been made aware that NowTV. A UK Internet Service Provider (ISP) has been blocking inbound connections to our network.
We are aware of it being investigated and resolved externally.
We anticipate the issue to be resolved within 7 days, but will monitor to ensure our network remains accessible.
Affecting Server - LycanHost
LycanHost is expecting to see a higher level of traffic over this weekend (7th - 9th November 2020)
We are expecting higher levels of traffic to our server as a byproduct of charity events going on over this weekend.
Services should not be interrupted but we may experience some slowdowns on some services at peak times.

Reports have been recieved about extremely high bandwidth consumption over the network.
Lycanhost is investigating this as a matter of urgency and we hope to have an update for you soon.
We do not anticipate any sites will go offline as a result of this incident. We are instigating where possible mitigations to keep you online throughout this.
UPDATE: 30/09/2020 @ 2PM
We have identified the cause of the increased bandwidth use and are rolling out changes to fix this issue.
No sites should be affected during this time, we aim to clear the situation by October 1st.
